electronic design

Design Schematic and PCBs, followed by bring up and tests.

  • Schematic and PCBs will be designed in DXP designer or Kicad
  • We carefully consider these items in new design or re-design and optimization of the existing designs:
    • EMC and interferences for high speed / high frequency designs
    • Low noise for sensors and audio applications
    • Chip availability: Due to the chip shortage, it is very important to consider short term and long term availability of the chips
    • Testability: Design for fast and maximum coverage tests
    • Standards: This is an important part of work. Leave it to us to find out your specific standard. We carefully design to meet the standards.
    • Cost: We have experienced in optimization for cost. This is cost of PCB and chips as well as cost of testing and production

manufacturing

Whether you need a batch of few or you need to mass produce thousands of modules, we can help you.

For a batch of few we assemble manually and test. When mass production we get help from our Asian suppliers. This will be done with machine.

design optimization

Enhance your design for cost, consumption, performance or size.

This is our passion. Some of the steps we take to enhance your design:

  • Check availability and price of the chips. This is very important nowadays
  • The processor/controller is the brain of the system. Is it future proof? And of course we know how to port firmware between different processors/controllers.
  • Is the PCB design right? For EMC, noise level, testability?
  • What do you need for future expansion? For debugging and interface? We consider all
  • Try to use SMD parts. At the end PCB need to be manufactured by machine
  • Fit the PCB to the space provided. How many layers needed?
